For clients who prefer no entry into their property, this package ensures that your home—whether a private house or an apartment—remains visually secure and cared for from the outside.
Exterior walk-around inspection – A visual check of accessible exterior areas.
For houses: yard, driveway, gates, visible windows and doors. For apartments: front door, hallway, and common areas.
Mail and package collection (upon request) – Collected and stored in our secure safe. Delivered within 24 hours of your return to Israel.
Monthly photo report – Includes photos and notes from the exterior inspection.
No entry to home unless requested.
Essential Care

Designed for homeowners who want regular access-based maintenance and oversight while abroad. This package includes full entry into the home and basic internal care.
Monthly interior inspection (based on a detailed checklist).
Bill management – We process your core utility payments using your credit card.
Water flow and drainage activation – Run water in all sinks, showers, and toilets.
Limited coordination for urgent access issues – Only in case of a leak or lock-related problem.
Mail and package handling – Brought into your home during visits.
Monthly report with photos.

Premium Care

For clients who want comprehensive, worry-free property oversight while abroad. This premium package combines regular interior visits, emergency responsiveness, and personal support for a truly secure and managed experience.
Twice-monthly interior inspections.
Bill management – Payments of municipal and utility bills using your credit card.
Water system activation – Running taps, showers, and toilets.
Emergency response coordination –
Includes supervision of repair work. Repairs paid by the client.
Mail and package handling – Brought into your home during visits.
Pre-arrival services (upon request) – Cleaning coordination and optional fridge stocking.
Private vehicle parking at Ben Gurion Airport (up to 2 times per year) – Photo confirmation of car in location sent via WhatsApp.
Monthly report with photos.

If the client stays in the property for more than 14 consecutive days, the monthly fee is reduced by 50% to reflect the reduced level of service and ongoing fixed expenses

We offer three service packages – Basic, Essential, and Premium – tailored to different levels of property care and oversight.
Yes, we offer optional vehicle services, including weekly engine starts, annual inspection (test) handling, and more.
If you stay in the property for more than two consecutive weeks, the service fee will be automatically paused for the duration of your stay.
We strongly recommend that homeowners maintain their own property insurance. While we operate with full responsibility, we do not provide insurance coverage.
Of course! We are happy to assist with private or special needs, based on mutual understanding and agreement between the client and the company.
Payments are due on the first of each month. Payment is made by automatic credit card billing.
No. We focus solely on maintaining and overseeing the property. We do not offer rental or brokerage services.
